These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "user") and Eyecon Ltd. ("Eyecon", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Eyecon VPN mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Eyecon VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through secure servers in various locations worldwide. The Service is designed to enhance your online privacy and security.
The Service is available in two tiers:
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
When you first use the App, VPN connection credentials are generated automatically for your device. You do not need to create an account with an email or password.

Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
All subscriptions are processed through Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain premium access until your paid period expires. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. Eyecon does not process refunds directly. For refund inquiries, please contact Google Play Support or visit the Google Play Help Center.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription through the "Restore Purchase" option in the App's settings. Your subscription is tied to your Google Play account.
Free tier users receive limited VPN connection time. Additional time may be earned by watching rewarded advertisements within the App. The amount of time awarded per ad is determined by Eyecon and may change at any time.
Free tier usage is subject to a daily cap. Once the daily cap is reached, VPN access will be paused until the following day. Daily usage resets at midnight (device local time).
Free tier users may only connect to designated free server locations. The list of free locations is determined by Eyecon and may change at any time.
The free tier is supported by advertisements. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of rewarded and interstitial advertisements. Ads are served by Google AdMob. If you prefer an ad-free experience, you may upgrade to a premium subscription.
Premium subscriptions are subject to a monthly data usage cap as configured by Eyecon. If you exceed your monthly data cap, VPN access will be paused until the next billing period. Monthly usage resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
Premium subscribers have access to all server locations available in the App.
Premium subscribers will not be shown advertisements within the App.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service to:
Eyecon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you are violating this Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice and without liability.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The App, including its design, code, features, content, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Eyecon Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

EYECON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EYECON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL EYECON'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EYECON IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eyecon and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 10–13 and 16–17 survive termination.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling any active subscriptions through Google Play.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or through other appropriate means. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscriptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
